Bettye J. Gordon Mrs. Bettye J. Gordon a long-time resident of Sunrise Beach, Texas, passed away March 6, 2026, at the age of 96. Mrs. Gordon is survived by her son, Mike Gordon and Jeanie Gordon, her daughter Lynn and Jack Hinds, four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and her sister Mrs. Joyce Hill and brother Tom Fields. Mrs. Gordon was an elementary art teacher for 36 years and a missionary for 20 years in her later life.
