Guadalupe DeAnda

Guadalupe DeAnda of Menard, passed away Saturday, January 10, 2026, at the age of 84. He was born May 31, 1941, in Menard.

Guadalupe is survived by his wife Consuelo DeAnda and three children from a previous marriage: Selena Terrell and husband Dan of Indiana, Alvin DeAnda and wife Lisa of Indiana, Aaron DeAnda and wife Jyl also of Indiana.

He is also survived by four stepchildren: Johnny Cardenas and wife Rachel of El Paso, Texas, Eddie Cardenas and wife Sheila of Menard, Beatrice Condarco and husband Samuel of Copperas Cove, Texas, and Ruby Swenson and husband Shane of Brady, He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and thirty-eight great grandchildren.

Guadalupe proudly served in the United States ____________________________ He was also a man of many traits. He was an auctioneer, professional truck driver, and a licensed real estate agent. He also owned his own sand hauling business which he took great pride in.

He also worked at Heritage Funeral Home for many years. He was a man of God and enjoyed serving at The Seeds of Victory Ministry in Menard. He enjoyed serving, visiting with people and spreading the Word of God.

Pallbearers will be Sam Swenson, Nick Cardenas, Mason Condarco, Danny DeAnda, Jamie DeAnda and Buddy Garza, with honorary pallbearer John Cody Cardenas.

Visitation and funeral service will be at Mason Funeral Home in Mason, Visitation will be Friday, January 16, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral service will be Saturday, January 17 at 10:00 a.m. with interment following at the Gooch Cemetery.
