Terry William Inman

Terry William Inman

Terry William Inman, known affectionately to friends and family as T.I., embodied the kind of humor and warmth that could light up a room even on the cloudiest of days. Born on August 30, 1991, in Webster, Texas, he spent his life spreading laughter and love until his untimely passing on August 27, 2025, in Llano, Texas. Terry's battle with cancer was fought with the same courage and good humor that characterized his entire life.

Terry's early years were spent in the hallways of Llano High School, where he graduated with the class of 2009. His academic journey was just one chapter in his book of life, filled with friendships, pranks, and memories that would bring a smile to anyone's face.

After graduation, he continued to work with his grandfather Les at Inman's Station, learning the ropes of the family business. His knack for storytelling and his infectious laugh turned regular customers into lifelong friends. His grandfather's passing in 2012 was a tough blow, but T.I. channeled his grief into his work, partnering with his father Kreg in the construction and home remodeling business. Together, they fixed more than just homes; they mended hearts with their camaraderie and shared love for creation. It was a testament to his character that even as his illness made work difficult, Terry's spirit never wavered.

An avid sports fan, Terry's enthusiasm for his favorite teams- the Houston Astros, Oklahoma City Thunder, Texas Longhorns and the Dallas Cowboyswas contagious. Win or lose, he remained a loyal supporter, bringing family and friends together to share in the excitement of each game. Beyond the thrill of sports, Terry cherished the time spent with his family and friends, whether it was kicking back and relaxing or engaging in his newfound hobbies of refinishing furniture and customizing tennis shoes.

He was preceded in death by his loving grandparents Terry and Corene Fletcher, his grandfather Les Inman, and his adored nieces Bella and Sophia Serrano. His legacy is carried on by his devoted parents, Kreg and Toni Inman, his sister Taylor Inman (Ubaldo Serrano), his treasured niece Celeste, and nephews Cristian and Oliver. Grandparents Karolyn and Kenneth Lucas, Uncles Ty Fletcher and Sam Cook, Aunts Kristi Walker, Terrianne Strickland (Mark), Tobi Fletcher (Anthony), Tracie Covington (Tommy), Tonya Visor, along with numerous cousins and a multitude of friends, also survived him.

Terry was the embodiment of the words funny, loving, and friendly. In the style of the great comedians he admired, Terry lived by the philosophy best summed up by the beloved Robin Williams, 'You're only given a little spark of madness. You mustn't lose it.' T.I. never lost his spark, and it's that spark that will continue to shine in the memories of all who knew him.

Terry's life was a collection of moments that would make a highlight reel of laughter and love. Described by those who knew him as funny, friendly, and loving, he never missed an opportunity to crack a joke or flash a grin. Even in his final days, he maintained his sense of humor, often quipping that heaven had better have a good sports package.

As we bid farewell to Terry, we do so with the same joy he brought to each day. He would want us to remember the good times with a smile, to share a joke in his honor, and to live each day with a heart as full of love and laughter as he was.
