The Blanco baseball team’s season came to a close last week with a loss to Clyde in the best-of-three bi-district playoff series.
Clyde won game one 6-4 last Friday in Stephenville. On Saturday, Blanco took game two 2-1 and forced the series to the third game. The Bulldogs won game three 8-0.
Lane Bizzell took the loss game one. He tossed four innings in the game. Matthew Rodriguez pitched three scoreless innings.
