In a powerful show of community commitment, Create Healthy, a Hill Country-based foundation dedicated to strengthening the healthcare workforce, has awarded $250,000 in scholarship funding to eight local organizations. The funding is aimed at supporting students who are pursuing higher education in healthcare-related fields.
The initiative is part of Create Healthy’s ongoing mission to bolster the region’s future healthcare providers by removing financial barriers for aspiring professionals. The 2025 scholarship funds were distributed to the following organizations:
- Blanco Education Foundation
- Fredericksburg Academic Boosters Inc
- Fredericksburg Rotary Club Foundation Inc
- Comfort Gaddis United Methodist Church Pass It On Shop
- Harper ISD Parent Teacher Organization Inc
- Johnson City Community Education Foundation
- Llano ISD Educational Foundation
- Mason ISD Scholarship Foundation
