The Blanco girls basketball team finished the 2025-2026 season with a 17-16 overall record and an 8-2 mark in District 5-3A. They finished the regular season as tri-district champions with Ingram and Llano.
At the end of December, the team started with an 8-13 record through December, but finished strong in 2026. The Lady Panthers went 9-3 to finish the season. Their campaign ended with a 44-43 overtime loss to Clyde in the first round of the playoffs.
Ashton Uballe, a Blanco junior, was named District Co-MVP. Uballe averaged 12.1 points per game in district play for a total of 121 points. She had 89 rebounds, 37 assists, 46 steals and eight blocks. On the season, Uballe scored 350 points for a 10.9 average per game. She made 299 rebounds, 116 assists, 123 steals and 15 blocks.
