Four Blanco High School athletes signed commitments to play at the next level last Wednesday.
Layton Pippenger will play volleyball for Indiana Tech, Harrison Gray signed to play football at the University of Dubuque, Colten Kuebel will play football at Texas Lutheran, and Justin Karnes will play basketball at Milligan University.
Pippenger signed with Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne to play indoor volleyball. Pippenger has played volleyball for three years with Austin Juniors as a libero and outside hitter and worked alongside League One Volleyball Austin. He will play libero at Indiana Tech.
