The Mason High School boys basketball team lost to Johnson City 45-36 February 6 after losing to Goldthwaite 67-33 February 3, both in District 29-2A play.
The losses snapped a fivegame winning streak and are the first time this season the Punchers have lost back-toback contests in district play.
Head coach Craig Koch credited Johnson City for how those players stepped on the floor.
