The Llano County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a suspect on charges of sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child by sexual contact, both second-degree felonies, according to a press release issued by the agency.
On Wednesday, January 28, investigators with the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division obtained multiple arrest warrants for Justice Malachi Johnson, 22, of Llano, following an investigation into the allegations.
During the investigation, authorities determined that Johnson was employed as a Juvenile Supervision Officer at the Hays County Juvenile Detention Center.
