The Blanco boys basketball team added two wins last week to improve to 5-0 in the District 5-3A standings.
The Panthers topped Ingram 41-31 last Wednesday in a game that was delayed a day due to icy road conditions. Blanco and Comfort, both 4-0 at the time, played a much anticipated game to a packed house at the Panther gym last Friday. The Panthers were on fire offensively and defensively and rolled to a 70-21 win.
Blanco is 17-5 overall and 5-0 in district play. Comfort is 4-1 in the district, while Ingram, Florence and Brady are all 2-3 in district games.
