The Llano High School powerlifting teams began the 2026 season with solid performances at the Badgers Invitational hosted by Lampasas January 22 and the Burnet meet January 15.
At the Badgers Invitational, the Yellow Jackets were fourth overall out of nine teams with 20 points and the Lady Jackets were third overall out of eight teams with 35 points.
At the Burnet meet, the Yellow Jackets finished seventh overall out of nine teams with 13 points, while the Lady Jackets were third overall with 32 points.
