The Men of Faith organization will hold a community- wide breakfast on Tuesday, Feb. 3, at The Church at Horseshoe Bay fellowship hall.
Texas Daytripper Chet Garner will be the featured speaker, taking the group through his faith journey from being Baylor’s top law graduate to becoming one of Texas’ most well-known storytellers. The men’s fellowship will begin at 7:30 a.m. with coffee and breakfast, and the program will start at 8 a.m. and end about 9 a.m. All men from the area are invited to attend.
Garner didn’t get where he is the easy way. But according to him, “Anything that comes easy probably ain’t worth having.”
