New Years Eve Spectacular Soiree

On New Year’s Eve something magical happened under a tent adorned with twinkling lights in Johnson City.

The Inaugural Lights Spectacular Soiree brought together 125 friends, neighbors and community members for an evening that was equal parts celebration and nostalgia. For a first-year event, it struck just the right chord—intimate enough to feel special, but stellar enough to make everyone take notice.

The Johnson City Record Courier recently spoke with Marketing Team Member Becca Rally. Rally said, “The event was organized by volunteers on the Lights Spectacular Board and served a dual purpose of bidding farewell to the 2025 season of lights while laying the groundwork for even greater celebrations to come.”
