Cheerleaders Participate in Parades Around the Country

Four Llano High School cheerleaders represented the community at parades in two different states during the month of December.

Co-captain Koda Wagner made her way to Orlando, Florida to participate in Disney World’s “Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade.” Seniors and captains participated but first had to qualify to be invited, Llano cheer coach Kayla Kattner said.

“We hadn’t had a girl go to that parade before,” she said. “We’ve had girls go during Thanksgiving and March. But this was the first time that we had one go that was more Christmas time. She really enjoyed it. She had a really good experience there.”
