The Llano High School boys basketball team is extra solid start to the new year.
The Yellow Jackets defeated Luling 50-41 January 3 at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio and Eastland 61-36 December 31 to end the Eula Holiday Classic. A 51-48 loss to Bandera January 6 ended the streak.
Still, head coach Landry Norwood remained pumped about where the Yellow Jackets are days before the start of District 5-3A play.
