The Llano High School football team’s season ended in a 71-27 loss to Yoakum December 12 in the Class 3A Division I state semifinals.
These Yellow Jackets equaled the most successful finish in program history, posting a 13-2 overall record with a 5-0 District 13-3A Division I title and bi-district, area, regional and state quarterfinal victories.
The loss to the Bulldogs (13-2, 3-1 District 12-3A Division I) doesn’t take any of that away, head coach Matt Green.
