The Horseshoe Bay Ladies 9 Hole Association held its annual Eclectic Tournament on Nov. 13 -14. The two-day event was held at Slick Rock Golf Course.
The Eclectic is a format in which players improve their Round 1 scores during Round 2. Players record scores for Round 2 only on holes they improve upon, resulting in one 9-hole score.
This year, over 40 ladies participated in this fun event. Day two of the tournament was designated as ‘Eras’ golf dress day. Members were encouraged to dress in a golf era outfit, recreating the traditional golf attire of a specific period.
