A Llano County man has been charged in connection with a fatal crash that occurred last year on Interstate 35 in Kyle.
According to the Hays County Sheriff’s Office, David Mann, 43, of Tow, was arrested Tuesday and booked into the Hays County Jail. He faces one count of criminally negligent homicide related to the June 6, 2024 collision that claimed the life of another driver.
Investigators say Mann was driving a gray GMC Yukon southbound on I-35 when he rear-ended a black Nissan driven by 52-year-old Timothy Wray. The impact caused Wray’s vehicle to strike a Toyota pickup truck driven by Matthew Dalsing, 33.
