The Mason High School football team put all the elements together in a commanding 35-0 shutout of Christoval September 26.
The Punchers did it by playing complementary football where all three phases and their playmakers shined brightly.
“Well, defensively, when you hold somebody to minus-25 yards rushing, it's a pretty good night, and you shut somebody out,” head coach and defensive coordinator Wade Griffin said, “so I would say that one impressed me the most. We did really do good things offensively.”
