The iconic Twin Sisters Dance Hall held its 10th annual Raise the Roof Fundraiser last weekend. The two-day event featured music, dancing, games, cookoffs, tournaments and fun for all ages. Funds raised go for the repair and upkeep of the southern Blanco County dance hall, which dates back to the mid-1880s and is one of the oldest dance halls still operating in Texas. Above, Kyle Park kicked off Saturday’s big dance with an acoustic set. Dancers of all ages took to the floor.
