Horseshoe Bay Residents Invited to Annual Town Hall Meeting

Horseshoe Bay Residents Invited to Annual Town Hall Meeting

Horseshoe Bay residents are encouraged to attend the City’s Annual Town Hall Meeting on Thursday, September 25, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Quail Point Lodge, 107 Twilight Lane. The event offers a unique opportunity to hear directly from Mayor Elsie Thurman and City Manager Jeff Koska about the city’s growth, current projects, and future plans.

A major focus of the meeting will be the City’s initiative to create a comprehensive community plan for balanced growth through 2040. Residents will have the chance to provide feedback on commercial and residential development, neighborhood safety, city character and connectivity, and other key initiatives. Boards will be displayed around the meeting room for attendees to indicate their priorities, helping shape the final plan alongside future community surveys.

Attendees will also receive updates on ongoing capital projects, including the construction of the new City Center, upgrades to Fire Station #2, and a major water crosstown pipeline. In addition, details about the City’s upcoming 20th Anniversary Celebration, scheduled for October 25, will be shared.
