The Mason High School cross country program brought home two meet championships from the Melanie Bartek Memorial hosted by Goldthwaite High School September 10.
“We swept everything except eighth-grade girls,” head coach Terra Griffin said.
Cooper Ratliff led the Punchers by finishing the 5K course in 16 minutes and 3 seconds, while Caden Klingelhefer took bronze in 16:18, Irving Tavera was fifth in 17:54, Corbin Martinez came in seventh in 18:08, and Sam Simonton was 24th in 20:13.
