The Llano County Elections Office is calling on a new generation of poll workers to step forward for the November 2025 special election. With the median age of current poll workers at 71, Elections Administrator Andrea Wilson says it’s time to start training younger residents who can carry this responsibility into the future.
“Elections can’t happen without poll workers,” Wilson said. “We need to get the next generation trained and comfortable with the process so they’ll be ready to serve, not just this year, but in elections to come. That kind of experience makes every election stronger.”
