For the first time, CARTS passengers across Central Texas can plan their trip, book their ride, and pay their fare in one seamless, easy-to-use platform — while still having the option to call in for personal assistance. The upgrade also makes it simple to share transit access by sending digital passes through the CARTS website, opening new doors for families, employers and community organizations to help riders get where they need to go.
And here’s a first: CARTS is the first transit agency Transit has ever built a fully integrated web trip planner for, now live on rideCARTS.com. Riders can plan their journey right from the CARTS website with the same accuracy, real-time data, and ease of use as the Transit App.
