The Llano High School football team kicks off the 2025 season by welcoming Lytle at 7 p.m. Friday, August 29, to Llano Stadium.
The Pirates finished 5-5 overall and 1-4 in District 14-3A Division I, which includes Crystal City, Hondo, Jourdanton, Poteet and San Antonio Cole. That district is the bi-district companion of District 13-3A Division I, of which Llano is the defending champion.
But it’s Lytle’s 16 returning starters that has the attention of the Llano coaching staff.
