The Mason High School cross country program is continuing a trend of excellence it has had in place for years.
That was exhibited by the Punchers winning the Stride on the Divide meet hosted by Eldorado High School August 20. The Cowgirls finished third overall.
Cooper Ratliff was second in the individual standings thanks to clocking 16 minutes and 44.5 seconds on the 5K course. Cade Klingelfhefer was fourth in 17:11, Irving Tavera came in 13th in 18:24.8, Corbin Martinez finished 18th in 19:01.4, and Sam Simonton was 41st in 19:54.5.
