Central Texas Electric Cooperative (CTEC) hosted its 2025 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, August 19, at the Hangar Hotel & Conference Center in Fredericksburg. Cooperative members gathered for an evening of music, official business, and recognition of service.
Entertainment was provided by Justin and Heather McFarland before the meeting began with a welcome from CTEC Board President Mark Hahn, an invocation led by board member Todd Dennis, and the National Anthem performed by Justin McFarland.
Board Secretary James Low conducted the formal proceedings, confirming a quorum and presenting the Notice of Annual Meeting and Proof of Mailing. The minutes from the 2024 meeting were approved, and four directors were re-elected by acclamation: Mark Reeve (District 2), Connie Stockbridge (District 3), Wayne Seipp (District 4), and Joseph “Joby” Wieser (District 5).
