Perhaps one of the most coveted skill positions in the Llano High School football program isn’t at quarterback.
An argument could be made it’s actually at running back where three runners in the last three years have been 1,000-yard rushers.
Three years ago Carson Kuykendall led the team in rushing with 1,931 yards and 26 touchdowns thanks to 279 rushes. Behind him was teammate Miguel Hernandez, who had 1,039 yards and six scores thanks to 143 carries.
