JCVFD Approves Memorial Donation for Family of Late Fire Chief

Members of the Johnson City VFD held their monthly business meeting on July 30 at 6:00 pm. Vice President Ryan Keith called the meeting to order, and members discussed equipment updates and department business.

“The Hill Country 100 Club issues a $25,000 survivor benefits check to the family of a deceased fire fighter to help them,” Bible said.

The JCVFD voted to make a $250 donation to the Hill Country 100 Club for a memorial donation in honor of the Marble Falls Fire Chief. Keith and Tim Gell motioned to approve the donation and the motion carried.
