The Llano County Commissioners Court addressed significant updates related to the Llano Regional Hospital (LRH) in two recent meetings—one on July 28 and a special-called session on August 4—highlighting both the hospital’s progress and the county's oversight responsibilities.

Hospital CEO Reports Progress, Challenges, and Future Plans

During the July 28 meeting, Linda Walker, CEO of Llano Regional Hospital, delivered a detailed report on recent developments at the facility. The hospital, which has undergone substantial administrative changes since April, continues to work toward stabilizing its operations following a period of tumultuous transition from previous operator Mid Coast Central.
