Central Texas Electric Cooperative is pleased to announce the appointment of Todd Dennis to its Board of Directors. Todd was selected to fill the vacancy left by Scott Olguin, who resigned his seat on the board in March of 2025. We are grateful for Scott’s dedicated service, and we welcome Todd as he steps into this important role.
Following a thorough interview process, the Board selected Todd Dennis for his broad professional expertise, leadership experience, and deep ties to the Hill Country community. A Kingsland resident, Todd brings experience in business, technology, and education to the table.
Todd is a semi-retired strategic advisor and educator, currently serving as an adjunct professor of business at Texas Tech University’s Highland Lakes and Hill Country campuses. He has built an accomplished career in high-tech marketing, analytics, and project leadership, with executive roles at companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Dell, Symantec, and Merkle.
